Mixed mushroom pasta
A mix of mushrooms browned in butter and folded through pasta.

Ingredients
- 400 g mixed mushrooms
- 400 g pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Parmesan to finish
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
Steps
- Brown mushrooms in batches in butter and oil.
- Cook pasta, reserving some pasta water.
- Toss mushrooms, garlic, and pasta with a splash of pasta water.
- Finish with parmesan and pepper.
Use whatever is in the Harvest Box — browning is the whole technique.
