Refund / Cancellation Policy

Expectations for fresh products, order changes, missed pickups, and refunds.

Fresh mushroom orders may be cancelled only before the published order cutoff for the selected pickup or delivery window. After the cutoff, the order may already be harvested, packed, or allocated and may not be refundable.

If an order is incorrect, damaged, or unsafe on arrival, customers should contact Island Mushroom promptly with the Stripe receipt email, order details, and photos when helpful.

Missed pickup orders are not automatically refundable because fresh products are perishable. Island Mushroom may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at its discretion depending on timing and product condition.

Merchandise refund and exchange rules are pending and must be finalized before merchandise launches.
