Shiitake noodle bowl
Savoury seared shiitake over noodles in a quick umami broth.

Ingredients
- 200 g shiitake mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 portions noodles
- 4 cups broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oil
- Optional: scallions, chili, sesame
Steps
- Sear shiitake caps in oil until browned.
- Warm broth and season with soy sauce.
- Cook noodles and divide into bowls.
- Ladle broth over, top with shiitake and garnishes.
